Frequently asked Questions:
Are the SWOLL30 classes just for former athletes? Do I have had to play a sport before?
No. The class is not limited to, nor is it mandatory for athletes. You can have no experience in sports and still benefit greatly from these classes!
What are the SWOLL30 training sessions like?
Think like a competitor and be ready to train like one. Each day has a specific focus, lower body, upper body, total body or conditioning. Each session will be challenging but you move at your own pace.
What do I wear to the classes?
Sport a breathable, sweat-wicking tee or tank (plus we will always have TEAM SWOLL apparel ready for you!). Form fitting pants for comfort or shorts are recommended.
Should I eat before I train?
Eat a small nutritious snack before class but we do not recommend eating heavily two hours prior to training. We will have snacks at the snack bar for purchase.
Do you offer childcare?
No unfortunately we don't at this time.
Is there a minimum age limit?
You must be at least 14 years old to attend classes unless you are registered in our TEAM SWOLL sports training program in which you must be 7 years or older.
Do you offer discount for military, police and teachers?
Yes, we happily offer discounts for those serving our community.
What constitutes your pricing structure?
Membership at TEAM SWOLL is very different than membership at a commercial gym. We provide you with programming so you have a long-term plan and your training is organized every time you step into the facility. Plus, every session at TEAM SWOLL is supervised by a performance coach. If you work with a trainer at most commercial gyms you’ll be paying upwards of $150 per hour. If you train 3 times per week, that comes out to $1800 per month. Our pricing is more than 60% less of what you’d pay in a commercial gym. You’re welcome. We also limit the total numbers of members and the amount of people that can be in the facility at any given time. So you can do what you want to do – train hard – and not spend your time sitting around waiting for 30 minutes for someone to be done with the squat rack.
